Use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of it.

Published toplines and methodology statements may be quoted and cited with attribution to Aequida Research. Other content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to Aequida Research unless noted, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission except as the law allows.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aequida Research is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Research engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

Text messaging program terms

Aequida sends survey invitations by text message. By joining our survey panel and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms.

• Program: survey invitations from Aequida with a link to a short survey on aequidapolls.com, plus at most one reminder per survey. No marketing, fundraising or advocacy.
• Consent: joining the panel requires checking an unchecked consent box. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency and rates: about four survey invitations a year for panel members. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email hello@aequida.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text and email: text and email opt-ins are separate.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://aequida.com/privacy.
